Task List - Data Collection Tasks

Create a data collection task in the function interface or task list interface.

  1. After selecting the basic information, click "Next".
  2. The task name will be automatically generated based on the basic information selected on the previous page. You can customize the task name. If multiple test papers are involved on the same day, you can add serial numbers after the name. Select the basic information for the test paper and upload it.
    1. After scanning the exam paper, the agent automatically identifies the main title of the exam paper and generates a task name.
    2. The student ID number is usually located at the top; if the student ID number is written to the left of the seal line on the answer sheet, select the side.
    3. 【Full Collection】 Selecting 【Yes】 will collect all questions; selecting 【No】 will collect only some questions. You need to set the scope of question collection. See " Setting the Collection Scope " for details.
    4. In the "More" section, you can select score collection, which means that the score collection will be completed simultaneously.
    5. Click "Upload" under "Upload Exam Paper" to start the printer and upload the exam paper.
      1. Test papers consisting of multiple sheets of paper need to be arranged in order, placed together in the scanning slot, and then click upload.
      2. The exam paper should be held with the title facing up and the paper clamped together.
      3. If you select "Shared Center", other teachers can access this exam paper.
  3. Click on 【Create Task Only】 to complete task creation; click on 【Create and Scan Student Papers】 to complete task creation and directly proceed to the test paper scanning stage.

Click on the task entry to enter the data collection task.

  1. Set the [Collection Range].
  2. Scan each student's exam paper individually.
    1. If you click "Create and Scan Student Papers" when creating the data collection task, this step will be skipped.
  3. Enter the AI data collection process. If student exam papers cannot be matched automatically, teachers need to perform manual matching. See " How to Match Student Names " for details.
