School-based homework system - Questions to be improved

Historical practice questions collected through grading are automatically stored in the school-based question bank. Questions identified by AI as having problems will appear in the "Questions to be Improved" section.

Questions in the "Pending" status can be manually "edited" or "deleted".

1. Click on [Edit] to manually edit the [Question Type], [Question Stem], [Answer], and [Explanation]. After making changes, click [Save], and the question status will change to "Completed".
2. Click "Delete" to remove the question.
