Shared Center

The "Shared Center" function is mainly used for the unified creation and retrieval of the same grading tasks for different classes, reducing teachers' repetitive work.

Device support functions: The teacher's side supports all functions except task creation; the device side supports all functions.

Interface display:

Create a shared task.

1. Click on "Create Shared Data Collection Task" to create a public data collection task. Subsequent creation methods are the same as in "Data Collection Task" .
2. Click on "Create Shared Task" to create a public review task or a mixed task. The subsequent creation method is the same as for "Review Task" and "Mixed Task" .

Invoke the shared task.

1. Click on "Generate Task" to create personal data collection tasks, review tasks, and mixed tasks through shared tasks.

2. Click 【Create Task Only】 to complete task creation; click 【Create and Scan Student Papers】 to complete task creation and directly enter the test paper scanning process.

After completing the task creation, you can click on the [Task List] to perform subsequent operations, which are the same as those in the [Task List] .
